Vibe One Marketing is based on Vancouver Island Canada, and proudly work with clients worldwide. We’re timezone-aware and fully remote, so you’ll always be supported no matter where you’re located.

We specialize in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn.

Note: TikTok requires frequent video content. Clients must be prepared to provide raw footage unless content creation is included in their package. Because of this, we do require pre-approval for TikTok services.

We love working with bold, creative, and growth-driven businesses across a wide range of industries, from eCommerce, luxury fashion and hospitality to health, wellness, and automotive. Variety fuels our creativity, and we’re always excited to take on a new challenge.

We start with a 3-month minimum agreement to give your strategy time to gain traction and show real results. Many of our clients renew for an additional 6+ months after that. Our goal is long-term growth, but if you need something short-term, we also offer one-off services.

We totally get it. If you’re not ready to commit to a full package just yet, we recommend starting with a one-off service like a Social Media Audit + Strategy Action Plan or a Monthly Content Calendar. These are great options to test the waters or build a strong DIY foundation.

We keep communication streamlined and easy.

• For more formal communication, we use email.
  We’re all about clarity, boundaries, and ease. No overwhelm here.

We typically plan content 2 weeks in advance. Once copy is approved, designs follow the next week. This rhythm allows us to stay ahead while remaining flexible to trends, promos, or quick pivots.

Planning too far ahead often leads to irrelevant content, so we’ve optimized this process based on real-world client experience.
