Just wanted to let you know the onboarding process is one of the most important parts of working together! Here’s exactly what to expect when you join the Vibe One Marketing family.


The Onboarding Process


Phase 1

Let’s meet

  • Your first step?

    Filling out our inquiry form. This helps us get a sense of your goals, platforms, and what you’re looking for.

    The more we know upfront, the better we can prep for your discovery call.

  • Once we review your form, we’ll hop on a 30-minute Zoom call to learn more about your business and walk through how we can support your growth. This is also your chance to ask us all the questions.

  • After the call, you’ll receive a personalized proposal with a recommended package, pricing options, timeline, and everything you need to make an informed decision.


Let’s make it official

Phase 2

  • Once you select your package, you’ll receive an agreement to review and sign. After that, we’ll send your first invoice to lock everything in with a deposit.


    Please note: We cannot begin work until your signed agreement and deposit are received, so don’t delay, so we can ensure everything stays on schedule.

  • It’s go time!

    You’ll receive a comprehensive welcome email outlining everything you need to know as we kick off.


    It includes:

    • New Client Questionnaire

    • Onboarding Packet

    • Google Drive Folder

    • Content Submission Info

    • more helpful links to make life easy

  • This step is essential.

    You’ll upload your logos, brand guidelines, fonts, product photos/videos, and any previously created content into your Google Drive folder.

    (If content creation isn’t included in your package, this is where you’ll continue submitting content monthly.)


Phase 3

The strategy

  • Once we receive your completed New Client Questionnaire, we’ll begin your full social media audit and build your custom strategy.

    This process takes 3–5 business days, it’s detailed, intentional, and 100% tailored to your brand.

  • Next up, we’ll review your strategy together on a Zoom call. We’ll also go over your onboarding packet, answer any questions, and introduce you to any key team members who will be supporting your account.

  • Let’s bring it all to life.

    We’ll create a two-week content calendar and send it your way for review.

    Once approved, we begin content creation and design. All assets will be submitted for your final sign-off before anything goes live.
